Golf Health and Fitness Program
The Back to Basics Golf Academy publishes a 64 page Golf Health and Fitness Manual that is designed to improve play and reduce pain and injury by providing golfers with a better understanding of the biomechanics behind the golf swing. In the Academy's golf studio in Belmont, New Hampshire, we help many golfers with a variety of handicaps, by identifying areas of the body that are de-conditioned, which contribute to swing flaws and predispose the player to injury or pain. Included in this book are many of the exercises from our program that will provide you with the general guidelines to begin your own specialized Golf Health and Fitness Program.

One On One Phone Consultations
One way to take advantage of the Academy's unique services is to set up a one on one consultation directly with Dr. Trottier. Seminars
Seminars to the general golfing public are available through Country Clubs both Private and Public. Please contact us for further information. These are great seminars of 1 to 3 hour duration that help your Twilight Leagues get off to a great start in the spring. Back to Basics Golf Academy also offer seminars for chiropractors.
